Speakers Corner Again

Can I just add how much I love Speakers Corner? I love the fact that random people can speak about anything they want to and people come from all over London to hear them speak. Some speakers talk about war and ethics, many about religion. Some speakers simply stand in their designated spot with a sign that says free hugs. Of course I took full advantage of the hugs... after all its free!

I voweled that I would not give into the temptation to try American food while I was in London. But I got the craving for a McFlurry that I could not resist. So after we were finsihed with Hype park, me and a friend took to McDonalds to get a flurry. Much to my surprise, a british mcflurry looks more like a milkshake than an actual american version of what a mcflurry looks like. I was instantly saddened. But I snapped out of it in time to still eat the deliciously melted treat.

Today I watched West Side Story and it was quite an amazing experience...so many sexually implied messages in that movie.

Tomorrow, classes start early so I had best get to bed.

Cheers
