At Kryda...

Today we had the music week concert consisting of the United Kingdom premiere of Prokofiev's "Songs of our Days." I love this piece of music. While the choral performance was not amazing that still did not take away from how great the music was and how fun the piece was to perform.

After the concert I decided I needed to go have a pint. After four days of six hour rehearsals, I figured it was the least I could do for myself. I enjoyed a Strongbow which is an apple cider and quite delicious :)

I had a bit of a crazy experience at the Hobgolin a local pub by my university. I was just hanging about with some friends and suddenly my choir tutor (american equivalent to professor) came in and met a croud of choir kids there. I was like whoa... my choir teacher is having a pint at a local university pub. That is so Goldsmiths (definition anything avant garde or awesome in any type of way).

I'm really starting to get the feeling for Goldsmiths and London in general. Unfortunately I couldn't do alot of sightseeing this week because of my crazy rehearsal schedule. There is some hope for doing some looking about on Sunday. My plans are to visit some of the cool Harry Potter places and enjoy some Indian food for the first time!

One of my flat mates Justine and her bf slash football teammates were just watching Evita!!!

I love that woman. So fashional...so fascist...so...Argentina!
